The Anuario de Letras. Lingüística y Filología is a semiannual open-access publication whose purpose is to present and promote the results of research in different fields of Spanish linguistics and philology. The journal follows a process of anonymous peer review by specialists in the international linguistics community and publishes only original texts written in Spanish.

The Anuario de Letras. Lingüística y Filología publishes articles, notes, and reviews related to all types of linguistic theory.

The journal is published semiannually by the Centro de Lingüística Hispánica of the Instituto de Investigaciones Filológicas, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, in both physical and digital form.

The journal is published in an annual volume divided into two issues: January-June (No. 1) and July-December (No. 2).

60 Years of the Anuario de Letras

In September 2021, the 60th anniversary of the Anuario de Letras, one of the most important events in the journal’s history, was celebrated with a colloquium.
