Abstract
Ofrezco aquí un comentario crítico del título quince del libro primero de las Sentencias de Paulo, cuyo objetivo es identificar los diferentes estratos que existen en la versión que se nos ha conservado de esta obra atribuida al jurista Paulo, siguiendo el método que usó Ernst Levy en su obra titulada Pauli Sententiae. A Palingenesia of the Opening Tules as a Specimen of Research in West Román Vulgar Law (New York, 1945).
