Main Article Content
Abstract
This article deals with the relationships that Alfonso Reyes and Enrique González Martínez maintained with the circle of the Méndez Planearte and the magazine Ábside, that favoured the spreading of the Greek and Latin tradition as a substantial part of a culture of resistance before the own spectacle of political and military violence of their time.
